The Habersham County Medical Center Department of Rehab Services is a multi-disciplinary clinic offering physical, occupational, hand, speech and industrial therapy.

In conjunction with the WorkWise occupational health program, Rehab Services offers a comprehensive approach to medical management of work place injury. As part of the WorkWise team, we are able to coordinate and deliver services related to workers compensation, through communication with physicians, case managers, employers and employees. Our goal is to facilitate timely restoration of maximum function and prevention of further injury. Hannah Rajan, OTR, certified hand therapist, has more than 25-years experience in the prevention and treatment of cumulative trauma disorders. In addition to clinical services, we offer on-site clerical and industrial ergonomic analysis conducted by a multidisciplinary team lead by our certified ergonomic assessment specialist.

HCMC Rehab Services offers a comprehensive approach to wellness, injury prevention and the treatment of dysfunction resulting in alteration in strength, movement and level of comfort. With more than 100 years of collective experience, the staff is dedicated to the restoration of maximum pain-free function, through a variety of treatment options.

New patients are accepted by physician referral only. Ask your doctor if physical therapy is right for you.
