HCMC has "Point-of-Service" registration; that is, we have numerous registration stations throughout the facility to better serve our patients. For example, scheduled radiological exams are registered in the radiology department, physical therapy exams are registered at the physical therapy office, and so on.

To complete the registration process, it is very important that patients bring the following items every time they register:

• Photo ID
• Current Insurance Cards
• Physician's Order (except for Emergency Room visits)
